Are you planning to enter the dry cleaning business but don’t know where to start? Worry no more – Dry Clean Design got you covered!
At Dry Clean Design we commit to a partnership with our clients.
Your success is our success.
Architect Interface
Dry Clean Design joins forces with a local architect picked by our client. We use our drawings as a basis for his plan review set, making sure that everything complies with local codes. Early in the process, we make him aware that we are involved in the project and ask him for his input.
At Dry Clean Design we generate our drawings in AutoCad and when available, we import existing ACAD drawings of the building footprint to ensure accuracy. If drawings of the building footprint are not available, we visit the jobsite and make our own. Our client receives drafts showing our suggestions, and after discussions, revisions and approval from our client, our drawings are completed and sent to the architect.
Architects charge a respectful fee for their services, but they seldom know anything about designing a dry cleaning plant for efficient workflow. Designing a dry cleaning plant is what we do, and we do it well, and at a lower cost. Why pay for the architect’s learning curve?
Our goal is to minimize time and money spent between concept and completion of the plant building process.
Equipment Selection
At Dry Clean Design we stay informed of new developments in technology, equipment, solvents, techniques and much more. Many of our clients are up to date in these areas. But some, especially those new to the industry, appreciate our coaching. We recommend using local equipment distributors whenever possible. And we coordinate their lead times into the projected project completion date.
Construction Coordination
Designing a facility is one thing, and getting it built is another. Throughout the process, we use our experience to serve our clients, helping with decisions, working with their contractors, and answering questions.
Dry Clean Design will be happy to assist you at whatever level of service you require. Contact us for a quote.
